Set within the unique historic surroundings of Ferrymead Heritage Park, this relaxed dining experience will bring guests together to enjoy a carefully prepared seasonal menu, matched wines and warm hospitality in one of Christchurch’s most distinctive venues.

Guests will be seated at beautifully styled long tables surrounded by Ferrymead’s heritage buildings, vintage streetscapes and working tramway. The afternoon will celebrate Canterbury produce, local flavours and the pleasure of sharing good food and conversation with friends, colleagues and fellow supporters of the park.

The Long Lunch will feature a multi-course dining experience, selected wines and opportunities to hear from the people behind the food, wine and heritage stories presented throughout the day. Heritage tram rides and access to selected park attractions will add to the occasion and create an experience that extends well beyond the dining table.
